to be a source of information specific to the efforts to recall the board officers of the Land Harbor POA.

We, as members supporting this recall, have come together from various groups around our community to blend our voices and stand as one! This effort grew organically and was NOT spearheaded by any one individual, no matter what the rumor mill may be spreading. Only 141 signatures were required on the petition to launch a recall election. Our bylaws do not require "cause", but we provided some examples to reinforce the reasons we think it's time to retire the current board officers. You will find many more references on this website that we hope will cause you to think and decide for yourself if these situations warrant the recall of the board officers.

While our current situation has been festering for years, Helene actually threw a spotlight on the double standards that exist in our community. That horrible event pulled back the covers and exposed a board/POA management that hides behind “towing the line” (aka, compliance) instead of using creative problem-solving to support the very members that have elected and hired them!

The Recall Election has always been and will continue to be the focus of our efforts… to provide the opportunity for those seeking change outside of a September election to make our desire for reform a reality. We respectfully ask you to join us and stand up for all our right to make Land Harbor a better place to live now and in the years to come.
